We’ve used and tested almost every major property management software available, and MAPRO is by far the best system we’ve worked with. It’s incredibly complete, intuitive, and truly designed for the day-to-day needs of a property management company. We have everything in one place: reservations, calendars, financial controls, statements, owner statements, reporting, 1099 forms, and much more. Another huge advantage is the integrated website. Our guests can book directly with us and make payments through the website, which makes the entire process much easier and more professional while helping us increase direct bookings. The financial and owner management tools are especially strong. Being able to easily access statements, track payments, manage calendars, and generate the necessary reports and tax documents saves us a tremendous amount of time. After working with several different systems over the years, we can confidently say that MAPRO stands out from the competition. It is reliable, complete, well organized, and has everything we need to manage our properties efficiently. Excellent service and customer care Overall: My overall experience with Mapro is very positive. We practically started using Mapro as soon as they launched the company and we could see how much effort and improvement the [sensitive content hidden] made to make this a special platform for us. They are wonderful! Overall: I love them! They are truly the best out of so many out there. Pros: Mapro has an excellent software. It is easy to work with and it works 100% of the time. I mostly work with the reservations part and it is easy to learn and very self explanatory. I never have issues and working with customer service and sales, you need to have a reliable product and we do with Mapro. Complete system Pros: The support is wonderful! and the system is the most complete of all that I have tested on the market... Cons: It's part of the process and we understand, but some bugs in the system or some information that isn't yet 100% is what I would say. I think there should be a mobile version too! Using the system via the web on your cell phone is very bad...lol I know the system is for managing vacation home properties, but a more complete financial module would be great for a management company. Five Stars Software Pros: Great customer support and great value for the cost. Makes it much easier to control cleaning schedules and share finances and occupation with owners. If you engage in using all the tools the platform offers, it makes a breeze to manage multiple properties. Cons: The downside for me is that besides all the calculations being accurate and reflecting the data from the booking websites it is not very intuitive to make sense of how it is presented on the reservation summary. Love this company. They are extremely helpful and professional. They always assist me as soon as possible and actually resolve the issue. They never give you a random answer saying that in their next update it will be fixed. Super easy process of collecting guests information and also a professional way to request it. Payment process is for easy and system is pretty self explanatory. Still, even when it’s something simple, they will always resolve it. Just love this system and company. I have tried several property management software during the last years in the vacation home industry. MAPRO was recommended to me by a friend and, after a short trial I moved my operation to this software because it is the best fit for my needs.
